COUNSELING, CONSULTING & YOGA
YOUR HEALTH, YOUR WAY
ABOUT
I work with queer, neurodivergent, and eating-disordered adults who have done talk therapy and found that understanding themselves did not change how they live. Maybe you came out later in life, transitioned, or left a faith that still lingers in the way you think and behave. Maybe you know your ADHD inside and out, but still can't make the plan stick. Maybe food has quieted down, but your body still doesn't feel like home. You aren't starting from zero - you have done real work, and you can name what's happening. What's missing is turning what you know into how you actually live.
I help people move from awareness to action. Together we notice what your body does when it responds to stress, and we build the routines, systems, and support that fit how you actually work. Change stops depending on willpower and starts to depend on the confidence you have in the systems you're building.
I bring 15 years of experience across schools, research clinics, inpatient, residential, and outpatient care — including clinical director roles, supervision, and program development. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) focused on somatic integration. My clients come from a wide range of religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, sexualities, and abilities, including many still untangling what their family or faith taught them about who they were allowed to be.
Alongside therapy, I offer consulting, yoga and meditation workshops, as well as retreats for individuals and organizations. These are separate from my clinical work; therapy itself is available by telehealth to adults located in Arizona, California, Maryland, and Texas.
